Terms & Conditions
Web3Velos Cybersecurity Program - Please read these terms carefully before participating
Introduction
Welcome to the Web3Velos Cybersecurity Program ("Program"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Investor," "User," or "You") and Web3Velos ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By participating in our cybersecurity program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Web3Velos Cybersecurity Program is designed to provide enhanced security measures for digital assets while offering structured investment opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem. Our comprehensive approach combines cutting-edge cybersecurity protocols with innovative blockchain technology to create a secure environment for asset management and growth.
Please read these Terms carefully before participating in the Program. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not participate in the Program. Your continued participation constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.
1. Investor Returns and Compensation Structure
Return Rate Policy
- • All qualified investors participating in the Web3Velos Cybersecurity Program are entitled to earn a fixed annual return rate of five percent (5%) on their total verified assets connected to Web3 through the web3Velos platform and infrastructure.
- • Returns are calculated based on the total value of assets under management at the time of initial program enrollment and are subject to periodic verification through our proprietary security protocols.
- • The fixed return rate applies regardless of market volatility, providing investors with predictable income streams while maintaining exposure to the Web3 ecosystem.
Program Objectives
- • The Program is specifically designed to enhance the security, stability, and sustainable growth of investor assets through advanced cybersecurity measures, risk management protocols, and strategic asset allocation within the Web3 infrastructure.
- • Our comprehensive approach includes continuous monitoring, threat assessment, and proactive security measures to protect against cyber attacks, unauthorized access, and other digital threats.
- • The Program's structure is intentionally designed to encourage long-term holding strategies, thereby preventing forced liquidations during unfavorable market conditions and protecting investors from selling at disadvantageous (low) market rates.
Return Distribution
- • Returns are distributed on a quarterly basis, calculated pro-rata based on the investor's participation period and total assets under management.
- • All return calculations are performed using industry-standard valuation methodologies and are subject to independent third-party verification where applicable.
2. Withdrawal Policy and Procedures
Designated Withdrawal Schedule
- • Withdrawals from the Web3Velos Cybersecurity Program are exclusively permitted on official designated withdrawal days as determined and announced by web3Velos management. These dates are established to maintain program stability and ensure optimal liquidity management.
- • Designated withdrawal days are typically scheduled quarterly, with advance notice provided to all program participants through official communication channels including email notifications and platform announcements.
- • Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the official web3Velos platform interface and are subject to verification procedures to ensure account security and prevent unauthorized access.
Early Withdrawal Penalties
- • Investors who submit withdrawal requests prior to the next official designated withdrawal day will be subject to an early termination fee equivalent to sixty-five percent (65%) of their total invested capital. This penalty is implemented to maintain program integrity and protect the interests of long-term participants.
- • The early withdrawal fee will be automatically calculated and deducted from the withdrawal request amount. The remaining balance after fee deduction will be processed for disbursement within the standard processing timeframe.
- • Emergency withdrawal provisions may be considered under exceptional circumstances, subject to review by the web3Velos management team and additional documentation requirements.
Withdrawal Processing
- • All withdrawal requests are processed in the order received and are subject to identity verification, anti-money laundering (AML) checks, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- • Standard processing time for approved withdrawals is five (5) to seven (7) business days from the designated withdrawal date, depending on the selected disbursement method and blockchain network conditions.
3. Security of Assets and Custody Framework
Comprehensive Security Protection
- • All digital assets connected to and managed through the Web3Velos Cybersecurity Program are protected under our proprietary Web3 security framework, which incorporates industry-leading encryption protocols, multi-signature authentication, and advanced threat detection systems.
- • Our security infrastructure employs multiple layers of protection including cold storage solutions, hardware security modules (HSMs), and distributed backup systems to ensure maximum asset protection against cyber threats, unauthorized access, and system failures.
- • Regular security audits are conducted by independent third-party cybersecurity firms to verify the integrity and effectiveness of our security measures and to identify potential vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
Ownership Rights and Custody
- • Participants in the Web3Velos Cybersecurity Program retain full legal ownership and beneficial interest in their digital assets at all times. Web3Velos acts solely as a custodial service provider and security infrastructure manager, with no claim to ownership of participant assets.
- • Web3Velos provides comprehensive infrastructure services designed to maintain safe, stable, and secure investment management while ensuring that investors maintain complete control over their asset allocation decisions and investment strategies within the program parameters.
- • Detailed transaction records and asset holdings are maintained in real-time and are accessible to investors through secure dashboard interfaces, providing complete transparency and enabling independent verification of asset positions.
Insurance and Protection Measures
- • Digital assets under management are covered by comprehensive insurance policies designed to protect against losses resulting from cybersecurity breaches, operational errors, and other covered events as specified in our insurance documentation.
- • Emergency response protocols are in place to address potential security incidents, including immediate asset freezing capabilities, forensic investigation procedures, and rapid recovery systems to minimize any potential impact on participant assets.
4. Risk Disclaimer and Investment Considerations
Investment Risk Acknowledgment
- • Participation in the Web3Velos Cybersecurity Program involves investments in Web3, cryptocurrency, blockchain-related assets, and emerging technologies that carry inherent risks, including but not limited to the potential for significant loss of capital, market volatility, regulatory changes, and technological obsolescence.

Each prospective investor is strongly encouraged and bears the sole responsibility for conducting comprehensive due diligence, consulting with qualified financial advisors, and obtaining professional tax and legal advice before participating in the Program.

- • Participation in the Program should only represent a portion of an investor's overall investment portfolio and should not constitute the entirety of their investment strategy or emergency funds.
Program Modifications and Market Conditions
- • Investment returns and program performance are subject to prevailing market conditions, technological developments, regulatory changes, and other factors beyond the control of web3Velos. Actual returns may vary significantly from projected or historical returns.
- • Web3Velos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate program policies, return rates, withdrawal schedules, and operational procedures when necessary to protect the platform, comply with regulatory requirements, safeguard investor interests, or respond to changing market conditions.
- • Any modifications to program terms will be communicated to participants through official channels with appropriate advance notice, except in emergency situations where immediate action is required to protect participant assets or ensure regulatory compliance.
Limitation of Liability
- • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, web3Velos's liability for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Program is limited to the amount of assets under management for the affected participant.
- • Web3Velos shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or reputational harm, regardless of the theory of liability.
